CreateProcess API - undocumented use

CreateProcessA has a parameter called dwFillAtribute, not dwFileAttribute,
sorry, and I saw at the Wine docs
(http://www.winehq.com/WineAPI/CreateProcessA.html) that it's not
implemented yet.
