Status of Wrc port to mingw

I've just now been able to get wrc to compile and work under windows. I
think the version
Of bison or byacc I was using was puking when it hit these conflicts.
I'm going to make clean
Tonight and give it another shot to make sure there is not a bug
somewhere else.
