 I'd checked my all patches.
 I cannot determine legality of some codes, 
 so some codes should be removed for avoiding
 potential legal issues, sorry...

I don't know about branches of non-official wines.
Please remove if you maintain branches of wine, too...
 
 1)Please remove the following headers from cvs tree..
 include/dmo.h
 include/dmoreg.h
 include/dmort.h
 include/dshow.h
 include/mediaobj.h
 include/mediaerr.h
 include/audevcod.h
 dlls/msdmo/dmoreg.c
 dlls/msdmo/dmort.c
 2)apply the attached patch file...
