Almost, except Marcus already implemented this Out of Process COM in
official Wine, it's just that it isn't a full implementation, only enough
to make InstallShield work with some hacks and files from real Windows.
The full (i.e. "clean and hack-free", at least to the degree that MS's
implementation is clean and hack-free, which it isn't) implementation is
what I'm working on.
