Hmm, according to the backtrace, it is rather crashing when executing
'User_DirectDraw_EnumDisplayModes' (ie something like
mp_directDraw->EnumDisplayModes(...)) in the
tDirectDrawScreen::setUpWindowedSurfaces method.
