I suspect my regex(s) for converting msvcrt.spec into msvcrtd.spec didn't work correctly
for these functions - can you try the attached patch to see if it fixes the problems.

Real Programmers don't comment their code. If it was hard to write,
it should be hard to read, and even harder to modify.
These are all my own opinions.
