PuTTY: server infinite loop

Is it a server bug, or my setup busted? I think it's been there
for the longest time, since PuTTY freezed like so for at least
2-3 months. Unfortunately, I can't do regression testing since
my cvsup is broken. Unfortunately, no one seems to know how to
fix it, and I can find only RedHat 6 binaries. Damn Modula 3! :)
