I have some things that I want to change. Maybe I should have
marked it IN PROGRESS, with my name as the worker. But before
I consider this one done, we should have winecfg integrated
into the tree, so that we can reflect that in the docu.

It's not needed, but it's a simple change, and one that we should
do. It affects WineHQ, and I think we need a good web site for 0.9.

We need to get this one done. It blocks the entire configuration
stuff, which is paramount for 0.9 IMO. This also blocks documentation,
and so on.
