Started playing with Wineserver on mingw/cygwin again

I don't run Debian unstable, but I /do/ run Gentoo.  My glibc version
is 2.3.1 (-r2, for those of you who are running Gentoo); WINE works perfectly
fine for me.  I use it almost daily to play games, etc.
