Petzold Programs & Winelib

Hi folks,

As you probably remember, John Kopplin was kind enough to
modify his MinGW-inifcation scripts:
    http://www.computersciencelab.com/Petzold.htm
to support Winelib out of the box.

This is great news, only problem is that now someone
should try to see how they work. :)

I would give it a try, but I don't own Petzold's book.
I should probably buy it, but this is another matter.

Anyone else willing to give it a try, or to temporally
lend me the code so I can try? (I guess this is legal,
the code goes with the book, and one can still lend a
book, right?).

BTW, is it worth buying the book?
