ole:_copy_arg TKIND_INTERFACE unhandled

Hallo,

it seems that the Altera Quartus installation of
quartusii_22_web_edition.exe using IKernel doesn't work because of an
unhandled interface:

the full --debugmsg +ole log is about 40 MByte and I can make it available
on request. The unhandled interface happens at about 84% of the log.

The installation files from Altera (about 120 MByte) can be downloaded after
registration for free from
http://www.altera.com/products/software/pld/products/quartus2/sof-quarwebmain.html

I would be please if tthe installation could be made working.
