Of course. I started with DOS 3.2 => Norton Commander, Dosshell,
Win 2, 3, 3.1, Win95 => Linux:)

I know that winefile is for winfile, but if we plan to mimic current
explorer.exe, then no need to have a desktop.
current explorer is too heavy  IMO.
