Localization to the Portuguese

If you can help me in the localization for the Portuguese of Portugal, you
go to send a patch creating new archives ptg.rc so that you makes the
necessary changes. Until the end of this week I intend to translate other
parts of the Wine already with the archives ptg.rc for you.
