shell + listview + imagelist great test program

The toolbar corruption is something I was tracing a few days ago, see
the "bitmap corruption" thread. I think it's a problem in the image list
stream loader, but really I didn't get any hard leads on this (oh, the
corrupted image is the mask).

The 2nd picture looks OK to me just looking at the listview, assuming
that they're meant to be different colours. The sizes look rather
suspicious also, but I can't see how that'd be a listview bug.
