It isn't a rpm dependency on my system (RedHat 8.0), at least I presume it 
isn't since I didn't have any difficulty ending up with docbook2txt but no 
lynx.

OK.  I guess it is enough to make people aware that if they try to build the 
documentation now and they get back a message that "No way to convert HTML to 
text found" then it probably means they need to install lynx.
