Still trying to install ZooTycoon (demo-version)

Hi,

I'm still trying (won't give up) to install the ZooTycoon demo from M$.
Unfortunatly I've been debugging for the last weeks and cannot seem to
find the cause/error/reason it fails. I'm downloading new versions from
CVS daily but only seem to find other stuff :-).

The installation (copying of files) stops at the point when a new
background picture should be shown during the copying.

I still have the feeling it all boils down to messaging.

I see that all PostMessage's are done to the main thread (0009). The
PeekMessage's are all done from a relevant thread, ergo : nothing found.
If I look at the debug-log the only entries at the end are thousends of
PeekMessage's.

I also see when debugging it on windows that the PeekMessages are done
from the main thread !

Does somebody have any hint how to tackle this one ? It appears that
several M$ demo programs suffer the same problem, so it could be worthwile
to pursue this one.
