winetest: timeout & no consoles

If it's not a big deal, maybe we can mark them as "timeout"
instead of "fail", it will help us figure things out easier.
If you are at it, it would be nice for gather to be easily
adapted to report various failure conditions. Again, not a
big deal, only if it's easily doable.
