MSTS installer - files inside setupenu.dll

I don't have them on file unfortunately.
For the exact paths I have to get the msts cd (it's not here right now).
For what I remember the path is something like this:
abcdef/menu/background.bmp
abcdef/menu/logo.bmp
etc...

Those files are in setupenu.dll, because you can see the paths  when viewing that file.
