EnumCalendarInfo

Some months ago Ken Belleau done some implementation of EnumCalendarInfo.

I can't find any discussion of this patch.
It is possible to review it and apply now?
I would like to write some tests for this functions later.

Sorry for patches I send this list. Have I to resend it in wine-patches or 
not?
