Mike,
I'm not going to begin another flamewar, just decided to mention that vim too 
has all this features.

In short you type 'CTRL-P' in insert mode to call autocomplete and
:ta ... or 'CTRL-]' to locate a tag in source tree.

Interested reader is refered to ":help i_CTRL-P" and ":help 'complete' "
