cvs broken?

Well it use to let you view a file... Now all I get is error's
go to say :  http://cvs.winehq.org/cvsweb/wine/dlls/dplayx/dplaysp.h
select (download) = error
select for diff works e.g. 
http://cvs.winehq.org/cvsweb/wine/dlls/dplayx/dplaysp.h.diff?r1=1.12&r2=1.13

So its broke :-)
Can you fix it ?
