Device drivers in Wine

Hi

Basically, I have a Windows user-space device driver,
and I need to get it working under Linux.

I note Wine has some "device" functions
(FILE_CreateDevice(), and DOSFS_OpenDevice()). How do
these work and what do they do? Are they documented
anywhere?

And is there a way to open and use a Windows DLL from
a Linux program?
