Just in case anybody still needs this patch, I have it on my college
webspace. It doesn't apply cleanly to CVS, but if you apply it to
20050310 and then update your CVS I *think* it will still work.

Hopefully nothing happened to Oliver. The money I sent him a couple
weeks ago is still 'unclaimed' according to Paypal...
