[Resend] wineloader: call wineprefixcreate with explicit WINEPREFIX

Actually this is a feature ;-) The rationale is that if you make a
typo in your WINEPREFIX it's better to get an error message than to
silently create a new hierarchy and having things fail in mysterious
ways. So you have to run wineprefixcreate to confirm that you really
meant to use a non-existent WINEPREFIX.
