Nah, it just needs a place to store a script associated with the app, and
give someone (the maintainer, maybe others, dunno) the ability to edit it.
 The maintainer would probably run it manually, and report regressions
back here.  Anyone else could run it too.

The advantage (vs. totally manual testing) is that all the stuff you've
checked before, if you script it, gets checked again.
