Flattening dll directories.

You should read the patch submission guidelines and winehq.org 
carefully, then browse the wine-patches and wine-devel mailing lists for 
a while until you get an understanding of how things work.

When you can answer the above questions for yourself, then you'll be 
ready to submit a patch.
