Config Problems ?

I have downloaded and installed wine-20050211, but when I try to start a 
Windows program by clicking on it nothing happens.  Starting it from the 
command line produces screens of output similar to the following:

Anyone know what's wrong ?  I am using Mandrake 10.0, Gnome 2.4 and 
wine-20050211.
