Regression: WinRAR now fails to start (not related to Xorg 6.8.2)

Sorry for the delay, had some troubles getting CVs to update backwards 
follownig the instructions on the regression testing page...  The 
instructions are quoted with ¨ (aka double quote), but for my cvs to do 
it, it has to be ' (aka single quote)...  Performing tests now, we will 
see which one it is.
