it works fine here :-/
can you change the wineconsole/user.c file, in CopyFont function and 
remove the tmExternalLeading
Replace
     config->cell_height = tm.tmHeight + tm.tmExternalLeading;
by
     config->cell_height = tm.tmHeight;
and see what gives.
