FIY, my last three patches fix some issues that actually allow the
redistributable
installer(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=a1788990-5e11-4ae2-b5e7-cc576822aed4&DisplayLang=en)
to succeed. This will also install the d3dx_XX DLLs, so technically,
these DLLs are available to apps on Wine through that way.
