The main site uses php a lot, is that available?

Having our main site (www.winehq.org) (mirrored or hosted) at a
separate site poses a problem of what to do for the mail archives IE:
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-announce/ (not that I find them
as useful as before) I think that we could address this issue if
changed the hosting of the archive to be http://forums.winehq.org (or
something similar) like we do with git and cvs.

I would like to see mirrored solution myself where we have two (or
more) sites that respond to www.winehq.org and this seems to be an
opportunity to do it.
