msvcrt: Handle data types B,R,S in C++ symbol demangling

There is a test? To be honest i didn't look for one. Ok it was after 
midnight and this was a low hanging fruit. I will add them in the next 
round as there still are things that do not get demangled correctly and 
i plan to fix those too.
