explorer.exe is a child of new process

If Process Explorer uses the systray then yes, it is supposed to be like 
that. If it bothers you then you can run "explorer /systray" before 
starting Process Explorer to emulate the Windows environment better and 
explorer won't be a child of Process Explorer.
