incorrect behavior with Exceed X server

I've noticed a few problems running wine apps against Hummingbird's 
Exceed X server on Windows.  The two problems I noticed are:
    - The top-level window's title bar is blank, instead of containing 
the application's title.  And,
    - When you take a visible dialog box, hide it (ShowWindow(SW_HIDE)), 
and then show it again, the dialog box reappears in a different place -- 
it always seems to pop back up in the upper-left or lower-right corner 
of my screen.

Wine has behaved this way with Exceed for at least a year, probably 
longer.  It behaves correctly when run against X-Win32, a different PC X 
server, and naturally it works correctly when displaying natively on Linux.

Has anyone looked into this before?  Every other X app I've seen 
displays title-bars correctly, so I know at least that part must be 
fixable.  Any pointers would be great.
