The easiest way is usually to ask on the #winehackers IRC channel on freenode, 
however based on the commentary attached to the bug at 
<http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5285> it may be that nothing needs to 
be changed. You may get better results by asking about it on this list rather 
than in bugzilla.
