Obviously, you've already put quite a bit of effort in sfd2ttf and the
result is there.
Since it also clear that the sfd2ttf entry in the buglist in far from up
to date, I think it's a good idea to modify the entry to reflect the
current status.

Hopefully, this will prevent other potential contributers from wasting
their time.
