MoinMoin Wiki has support for XSLT (currently not enabled on
winehq) and thus we could use DocBook XML source directly in the
Wiki and thus we wouldn't loose these to features. See

this.

Yes it didn't change because nobody could be bothered to craft a
patch. There are already some FAQ entries that accumulated on
Wiki pages, e.g. see previous content of
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ .
