Speaking of the devil, Mr. Focht attached a patch to
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5809#c7
that implements QueryServiceStatusExW()
Now if only somebody would implement
EnumServicesStatusA, that ServiceManager demo would be in business...
hmm, implementing that + net.exe + a control panel + the BITS service
might be a nice summer project for an intern.
