What are you looking for ?
1/ Reusing system drivers from Windows ?
2/ or providing (rewriting) those drivers in Wine ?

1/ is not available (there are a couple of patches around for limited 
support of NT drivers, but they won't address HW issues. They're linked 
to copy protection support for games)
2/ exists for .vxd (look at the source tree)
