I've given it a test, and found the following:

- When setting that URL in HKCU\Software\Wine\MSHTML,
it will download but fail to install.
- Extracting it to install it manually works, as do
the scroll bars (which work fine)
- It crashes after submitting more than one form on
websites.  For instance searching for something on
Google, then searching again will cause a crash.

This is with the latest git - wine-0.9.37-118-g2970076
