[AppDB] Tell the user not to submit screenshots of installers, error messages etc.

Then the next step would be to require movie of the actual game play? 
Installers - yeah it's a bit irrelevant. However even errors helpful. When 
errors are fixed people can see that. And image can be easily removed.

So in short - you can add installers to the list of don'ts. But that's about it.
