Patch for WineD3D to set Driver an Description

Unfortunately I tried this (setting the display driver to "wined3d.dll"), and 
Fallout 3 still crashes. Seems it'll only accept driver names from nvidia or 
amd/ati cards. Though it could be set to "wined3d.dll" by default, with the 
registry override..
