submitted AppDB links to bugzilla not working anymore?

Just tested and works fine here, please try again (Bug #1 would be a 
reasonable "test" bug).

Remember you need to be a maintainer of an application for the bug to be 
added immediately, otherwise it remains in a queue for a maintainer or 
admin to accept/reject it.  Of course, you should receive an email 
either way unless you have them disabled.

This was never implemented afaik.  It is likely that admins added the 
link themselves, as most users can not be bothered.
