Packagers: consider not packaging wine-1.1.12, or cherrypicking fixes

1.1.11 had a handful of regressions as well.  Ironically for a game I
play 1.1.12 fixed one introduced in 1.1.11.

I have a theory that our releases have just as many regressions as
before, we're just noticing them quicker due to our larger user base.
