Wine very very slow in Chinese language of Linux

Does this happen with the latest wine (1.1.25)?
If so, can you show us how to reproduce the problem on
an ubuntu 9.04 system?  Remember, most of us
don't speak chinese, so you'll need to be very
explicit with your instructions.
