Of course:
"Left" is part of a STRINGTABLE resource where there is no difference
between en_UK and en_US. See

"Right" is part of a STRINGTABLE resource that has "Centre" versus
"Center". If we don't include those other strings that are part of that
respective STRINGTABLE resource they will be replaced by an empty

How people group the strings in the rc files with
STRINGTABLE DISCARDABLE
BEGIN
    ...
END
is really irrelevant. In the compiled resources the strings will be
grouped based on their id and 16 string ids (empty strings if those ids
don't really exist) go into a STRINGTABLE.
