Removing active maintainers

Because the AppDB isn't supposed to be a forum.  I can see no useful 
reason for keeping old comments, and "Same here" comments are plain 
useless, but are left anyway.

I would also like to point out that comments being deleted has been 
standard since long before I'd even heard of Wine.  Few maintainers do 
this themselves, but it's usually left up to admin to do it.

Probably because it is the obvious resolution to old and useless 
comments - delete them.
