I'd welcome more work on D3DX, actually. I don't know if implementing
ID3DXMesh is big enough as a project, but consider that you'd also
have to implement everything from ID3DXBaseMesh, and write tests.
There's also plenty of other stuff in D3DX to work on, should the
project be done too soon.
