I meant for distributions. E.g., there is already, for many:
wine-stable
wine-devel

could add:
wine-experimental

I'm not suggesting an additional branch for winehq.org. AJ is busy
enough as is ;-). Besides, there's already
http://repo.or.cz/w/wine/hacks.git for that.
