d3d9:visual not crashing :)

Whee!

For the first time since I started running the test suite a few versions 
ago on this 2005-vintage laptop with WinXP Pro, d3d9:visual didn't crash 
today. (Intel 915GM, latest drivers from Intel)

Tons of failures, but no crash. :)

(Only the mapi32 tests are crashing at the moment, they've always done 
that on this box for some reason)
